early summer in 05
wouldn't it be a good idea to go tanning on the beach on January 1, 2005? Jeezus, it's hot outside. I don't know what happened this year with the weather @_@
So how'd everyone's new year go? mine was okay..my first one not spent with my family...They weren't going to be home for the most part anyway, so i decided to just go to edward's.
Events:
1) eating oysters. They were VERY gross LOL I've had them before and i thought they were okay, but that was like 5 years ago...this time, they just made me go >.<
2) making nescafe. I bought this syrup a couple days ago for like..frozen coffee stuff and it was pretty good. So me and edward decided to go to the store and get some more, along with soda, and those nutty butty things. (that was a fun little trip LOL) We made the things at back at edward's and they were okay..i think i may have put too much sugar in mine.
3) watching movies. I decided that i wanted to rent Superstar cause edward have never seen it, so we went to National Home Video (Blockbuster was closed) and ended up getting 5 movies, because it was 5 for 5. We got Superstar, romie and michelle's high school reunion, 8mile, The Rules of Attraction, and some other movie, which i KEEP forgetting!! LoL Note to edward: comment and tell me what it was when you read this! Also, during this time of movies, a certain SOMEONE (who i don't think reads mine journal) kept calling and acting dumb on the phone!! LoL it was funny but kind of annoying! OH well, she/he blames it on other people so i can forgive HER/him..
4) dropping the ball. Me and edward watched the ball drop with his parents and toasted with our spin soda in champagne glasses LOL. It was really funny. I called up a bunch of people to wish them a happy new year.
That was about it for my new year celebration. It was different but i still had fun.
I heard this song on the radio the other day and i KNEW it was lauryn hill, so i downloaded it!! I'm all late up with songs LoL
