the green monster and wednesday!

well i have had the green monster twice now. the green monster is this health drink that everyone on the internet is freaking out about. the orginal is a cup of milk, two handfuls of spinach, ice, and a frozen banana. and its true you can't taste the spinach. which is great bc i bought frozen spinach a while back unaware how horrible frozen spinach tastes. last night i added oats and cinnamon to my green monster, the oats were weird. today i added the cinnamon again and a little bit of maple syrup! yum!

and i used unsweetened vanilla almond breeze almond milk instead of cows milk, just so you know. its only 40 calories and a hell of a lot better for you than cows milk. only taste like almonds though, not vanilla :(.

tday is looking beautiful, again. have one class, well two classes if we are going to be picky but i never go to that one :0. so one 50 minute class, then I am going to get an amaing workout. im considering running outside today, but i kind of like exactly knowing how fast i've gone and how far etc, so i guess treadmill again till im less concerned with those things. but i've realized that i can do the 5k no problem now, pretty impressive since last week i died to get to 3 miles. so today im stepping it up. gonna go faster and really push myself. today im going to get a really good, long workout (especially since the scale did not have good things to tell me this morning). then i have to write a story for tomorrow and get some reading done. the stry will be real easy bc its for bible class and therefore i don't have to come up with s story just use a bible story or even another story and turn it into a bible story. im just going to rewrite a bible story in a more modern hue.

so i keep hanging around vegetarian and vegan places since the only dairy i have is small amounts of cheese once a day, i only eat meat once or twice a week (either chicken or fish), i eat tofu and lots of veggies, i don't eat sugar, i don't eat processed foods, i do eat honey and eggs though. sometimes i'm like hey your so close to being a vegan you might as well be one, but i really don't want to give up certain things, even if i don't eat them a lot. its just this obsession with labels thats driving me crazy. i have an intense diet but have nothing to call it or no way to let people know in a simple word, and no special group to join *sigh* what has society done to me, making me label crazy.
