hi.
propel sucks.
artificial sweetener causes cancer and failure at life. i.e. dying and/or loudly complaining that they don't have your favorite diet/no sugar/no caffeine/no reason for drinking it beverage.
you may have to do 482 more sit-ups if you drink vitamin water over propel,
but what they're not telling you is VW has 50 calories, whereas propel has 25.
so, smart thinking would deduce that if you're stupid, and you're drinking a flavored "fitness" beverage while you work out,
you're going to have to do 482 base sit-ups alone for that workout working off the beverage.
if you're going to be doing any strenuous activity, at least pretend to be normal and stick to plain water.
