[OOC: So, Victor was more or less directly responsible for an innocent girl being hanged for murder. Creature kills child, girl gets charged with the murder, Victor feels bad but does nothing to clear her name. So for the flood he's being slowly strangled. Also a sort of two-for-one deal with his mocking Rex. Hopefully medical intervention will help. He's still replying at this point.]
