While you're perfectly entitled to ignore said warden should you be assigned, though this is not recommended, whether you're reassigned is not within your purview, nor anyone else's, barring the Admiral.

I have no need for a warden. Why send one to me? I have not killed. I have not maimed. I have not been sent to this "zero" that inmates speak of. I have done nothing wrong.
