My friends, my heart is both lifted and weighed heavily by the news I now bring to you. For I have graduated.
This is undoubtedly something that fills me with the utmost pleasure. I seek to return home, to set right what ills I still can. To tell my brother of my wrongdoings and to seek his forgiveness. I know that perhaps I shall be visited in this place by those who can do so. But I fear for many here, this will be our last parting. This saddens me beyond words, because I fear that many of you have found a place in my heart. I shall miss you all greatly and wish you all the very best for the future. I have no doubt that those wardens here will find what they seek.
There are many here that I have treated ill or with whom I simply do not share company, I fare you well. But with my last post, I wish to share some words with the inmates of this place. You all have, and when I speak the word all I truly mean it, an innate capacity for good within you. You merely need to access it. You must open your ears to your wardens words and their lessons. You must see the lessons that appear in your fellows and within the floods and ports. Do not forget your destiny and why you are here. You are imprisoned so that you may become free. You have been wounded, my friends. It is your duty to cut the infection from your flesh, so that you may leave here a healed soul. Do not whittle away your time. Use it well. I hope that you too find that for which you search in the world, and that you have the judgement to search for that that is right and good.
I shall leave within the day, I believe, once I have said my goodbyes. I am currently in my room, packing my things. To all those who have assisted me on this journey, I cannot thank you enough. You have all worked a great task upon me, my warden in particular, as well as my warden of the past. I thank them both, beyond what any mere words or sentiment can express.
