However I don't think the problem is that Jason can't keep up. He's always seemed dedicated to me.
Yeah he was pretty mad about the whole situation lol. I told him that you all were friends and whatever, and that you shouldn't let this interfere with your friendship...

And just a question, how many of the people that told you he sucks actually play drums? I don't think you should let anyone else's opinons influence the decisions you make concerning your band
