There's a weird feeling in the air... it makes me nervous...
So I just realized that I haven't updated in ages. Huh. I'm feeling vaguely anti-social lately, and I think it's partly because I spent so much time around people the last two weeks. Today is my first day off where i don't have something planned out that I have to go to, though I was supposed to go to my friend Tara's place to hang out. I actually think I'm going to call and cancel, because I need to clean my room really badly. I'm also looking forward to playing some whiney emo music as loudly as I can get away with. (Yay DashBoard Confessional! It fits all my whiney needs!)
Last weekend was pretty much made of awesome. It was my yearly nerd convention, I-CON, where I dressed up as a video game character and ran around like a great big nerd with my friends, including Amie/rissa_jennings (who was also in costume, yay!) and morgana_night. It was a good weekend, mostly. I think my favorite parts were getting to see Amie again, and getting to wear a kickass costume that people loved. I like getting my picture taken.
Also? I got Tracy Scoggins' autograph! For those of you who don't know, she was in Highlander the Series, and played one of the craziest characters on the show, and dude, Cassandra was batshit insane. She signed my S5 DVDs, and took a picture with me and Amie (it's my new Facebook default). It was awesome, and she was so nice and told us stories from the show. I loved it.
This morning I spent watching Jon Stewart clips on the internet. Man, I love him.
