On July 5, 2014 Fail Fandom Anon will officially move to Dreamwidth. For the last four years the meme has found a welcoming home on LiveJournal. Due to the increasing extended technical outages of LiveJournal service and the unreliability of the LiveJournal platform we will be moving by choice -- before a LJ collapse forces a sudden relocation.

Sounds like the best choice in the circumstances. Like nonnie above I think I'll take this as an opportunity to drift away from the meme, not cos I hate DW or anything, just it's time to focus other stuff and this is an incentive, and I can't really be bothered to adapt. But best of luck to y'all in your new virtual home, I'll miss you!

Not to knock your choice, and wishing you the best and happiest use of your leisure time, nonnie, but is there really that much to adapt to?

It took a few days for Chrome to start going to DW instead of LJ when I type "fai". That has literally been the only thing that changed about my meming life.

I dunno. It's all green, looks like someone has thrown up on my screen. I'm sure there's an easy fix but, meh. Like I said it was time for me to move on anyway.

DA and I can´t speak for anyone but myself, but I am a creature of habit and find changes difficult. I hear all the time that things I find hard and difficult are easy for other people and why can´t I just do this and that because they can do it.It took a lot of lurking before I had the courage to post here. I know it sounds silly to some of you, but it is true. And now I am sad.

I'm really happy about this. I *never* thought I would stan for Dreamwidth but LJ has just become way too unstable now.

Thank you for all the hard work you've put into the meme over the years, mods. It really is sincerely appreciated.
