I'm usually pretty good about scrolling past meme threads that don't interest me, but Teen Wolf seems to be an exception. Damn, I hate Teen Wolf threads.

Well, it's over for several months now so at least you probably won't have to deal with it once a week for a while?

I mean, I'm not going to stop posting about it in mixed fandom threads but we were getting a little overwhelming I guess.

I'm usually perfectly fine with people talking about fandoms I don't give two shits about, but the people in those threads were nuts.

DA. This is my issue with both Teen Wolf and the Supernatural threads that are about the show rather than about how the fandom is crazy. Nobody seems to be enjoying themselves; it's just stupid, pointless arguing about how other people are deluded shippers and the actors are horrible people and etc.

Well, believe me, we themselves genuinely want to stop talking and caring about SPN. At least I really want to stop caring about SPN. But sometimes the thing with fandom is when you're hooked you're hooked, and you are now left filled with disappointment and a need to vent. And one of the biggest problems with SPN fandom is one wrong opinion and you'll basically get the internet equivalent of being burned at a stake, and anon comms are the only place left where you can vent.
