I have been a Doctor Who fan for a not insubstantial amount of time. I've seen all of the new and a lot (though not all) of the old. I read the books, I subscribe to DWM, and you do not want to get me started talking about Peter Davison (because there is a very honest chance I will never shut up). So how in the world have I gotten this far into the fandom without realizing that Paul McGann as the 8th Doctor is clearly the best Doctor ever?
