1) YULETIDE ASSIGNMENTS ARE OUT. I am very excited about mine. And despite the hair-tugging and face-clawing that inevitably occurs near deadline, I am looking forward to this coming month of frantic scribbling in the company of everyone else who's signed up for the madness

Mine matches up perfectly with the fic I've been dying to write for the fandom, so I am going to have SO MUCH FUN.

[They are! There are a couple of greens in this year's collection that I ADORE -- Holy Day and Glittering Garland -- but I think my budget only runs to my two favourites.]

[I can't remember which shade it was I wanted, but strangefrontier brought her swatches to show me when we went to a museum last month and there are SO MANY CG greens that I like I could probably spend the budget of a small country on them]

Sadly there is nowhere here where I can fondle CG bottles in shops before buying them in person, so I have to get them online. Thank goodness for blog swatches!

All my friends being super excited about Yuletide makes me sadface that I'm not doing it! But I am only halfway through my big bang, so. Maybe I'll do Yuletide Madness or pinch-hit.
