The room is about 100sqft with a closet and it's own door to the bathroom.
The house has hardwood floors in the living and dining areas and a big kitchen.
Renting this room comes with access to basement storage space, a fenced yard, the regular community areas and amenities(living room, dining room, kitchen), and a bathroom that the household shares.
Required shared utilities are water/sewer(approx. $160/3mos), electrical(approx. $70/mo), and garbage($45/mo). These amounts would be divided by three persons. Broadband internet is available for a share of the cost.
The lease is month-to-month and requires a $200 deposit. Employment and earnings will be verified.
Your potential roommates are two transmen(25 & 31) and a cat who enjoy video games(not the cat, just us), geeking out, and fiddling around on t3h Intarwebz. We also like to go out to the clubs sometimes, but we're pretty quiet folk unless we get to laughing.
