There's something buggering me. I know this law isn't gonna be out but that there's a new one with a different name that shares the same basis.
The thing is, besides the obvious effects it will have on the internet if it is released, how much will it affect the fandom?
Obviously we are not gonna be able to watch series on the internet or download them (unless we watch them on live tv... will it still be legal?) and I will be damned to horrible dub and weeks of delay. But, and this is the important part, will it affect the fanwork? Will wrinting fanfiction become illegal? Fanarts? Fan everything???
Maybe it sounds stupid, but a friend of mine said this to me, and now I'm scared...
