my answer to the abuse problem might not befitting with the image of a so-called enlightened society, but it is an infinitely more satisfying and definitely more permanent solution than incarceration. then again, i find the very notion of "civilized society" to be a farce of monumental proportions, self deception at its most ludicrous.
