DIST THE ROSE
Asch knows him as Dist the Reaper- and the one responsible for the technology behind his replication. This makes his association with the man (as far as their working relationship goes) rather awkward and unpleasant. He finds Dist unpleasant overall anyway, and tends to avoid making contact if it's not absolutely necessary.
Their recent encounters has given Asch a bit more insight on Dist, however; his offer to give Asch an examination, while questionable, is at least worth considering, what with him being someone who knows rather crucial information about his body as a replicated original. It's something he's started to think about, especially with Luke in Luceti again, and his hyperresonance having been returned."I'd rather not be involved with that man."

GELDA NEBILIM
All he really knows about Gelda is that she's someone from Jade's past, which means the less he knows, the better, in his opinion. She's helped the TotA house a few times when healing was required, so he doesn't exactly dislike her. He just hasn't had much contact with her."She's been useful. I don't know if she's trustworthy, though."

JADE CURTISS
Jade is a subject of great debate for Asch; on one hand, he sort of relies on the man for information and intelligent conversation when it comes to the state of his body and fomicry in general, but on the other hand... well, he's the father of fomicry. And a troll. There's a lot about Jade that Asch dislikes, but he doesn't outright hate him, either. It's really hit-and-miss.."...."

NEPHRY OSBORNE
He doesn't really know what to think of Nephry. Sometimes it seems like she's trying to be his friend (or at least an ally) but he tends to clam up from the awkward and doesn't know how to react to her. He's still having a hard time disassociating her from Jade, but with a bit of effort, she can probably fix that up. He's started to give her more of a chance lately, at least."Jade's sister. She's tolerable."

LUCETI
EMIL CASTAGNIER
Asch sees Emil as something of a paradox to his own life, opposites in that Emil has similar problems for different reasons, and Asch is helping himself by helping Emil. He may not say it as openly as most, but Emil is one of the few Asch considers to be his friend instead of just an acquaintance. Emil is one of those people Asch can tolerate despite how annoyed he gets with the poor kid. However, since they're both extremely awkward, most of their conversations involve Asch getting angry, or Emil apologizing, or both.
Recently they've been having some issues, but their fight from before has been more or less settled down, so they're on much better speaking terms than before. Emil still isn't at the same level he was once with Asch, but he's doing alright."He needs to grow up. He'll never survive in the real world the way he is now."

MIYABI
Miyabi is... hard to describe. Sometimes she seems so meek and quiet and shy, and others, she's a spitfire, and would probably be intimidating if she didn't measure in inches rather than feet. Her personality and the way she rises to the occasion reminds him of Natalia, though, and that makes him somewhat protective of her. Her relationship with Ammy (and her respect/worship for a creature he still can't entirely acknowledge as a goddess) confuses him sometimes, but it does make him respect her a little more. At least she believes in gods she can actually see and talk to."Shut up, I never said she was small!"

NAMI
Guy's... well, something, anyway. Friend, ally, whatever. Asch has spoken with her briefly a few times, and she named his drink, but she's one of those people who seems to troll him without letting him know she's trolling until he stops and thinks about it after the conversation's over. It's a little irritating, but she hasn't done enough to earn his outright dislike. ...Yet."...I don't know what to say about her."

Smoker and Asch shared a conversation about the militia and Lorelei, sticking to Asch's comfort zone; between that and the fact that Smoker himself is all "rawr, justice" makes him acceptable in Asch's book."...."

STELLA TELMES-COOLIDGE
Asch thinks Stella is a very kind/sweet person, and since he's still getting used to people being nice to him for no particular reason, she weirds him out a bit. Over time, she's managed to wriggle herself into his circle of friends, though, so despite his gruff attitude she's one of the few he wouldn't bitch at unless in a really lousy mood. She has a cute kid, too, even if she does call him "Ass"..."Wh-why are you asking me about her?"

YURI LOWELL
Asch has a mixture of curiosity and respect for Yuri, tied together with a whackload of irritation and resentment for Yuri's trolling habits. Now that he's had a taste of how trolling feels on the other side of the fence, however, he can understand it to a degree. ...A small degree. Also, he thinks Yuri's a formidable fighter and makes for a good sparring partner, so he wouldn't say no to another practice session if the opportunity arose."...He has some skill, I'll give him that."
