No. Can Rui read segments of your character's past if she touches them? Absolutely. If yes to the above, what would she see? War. Death. Him flying his aircraft. The landfall of the Ulysses Asteroid fragments and the resulting devastation. Thirteen sifting through debris and ruined buildings looking for survivors and the dead. On the positive side, she might see him playing guitar in a bar filled with his squadronmates including Yellow 4 and the narrator from AC4. Aside from the more peaceful moments, Dave's head isn't a pretty place to be in. Rui can also see into the future. Would you allow this if you have something planned for your character? Hard to say. Dave's dead back home and he knows it, so any future comes strictly from Luceti. Even I'm not sure what will happen to him here, but if you want that to be a thing, we can do that.
