Foot might let her just because. If yes to the above, what would she see? Things actively allowed would be along the lines of Foot as a Cat; the more unusual things like her fighting alongside her guardian would be far more closely guarded and may or may not be allowed to slip into view. Rui can also see into the future. Would you allow this if you have something planned for your character? Sure.
