There are a couple of twitter things I don't quite get yet. I checked out TinyURL, but have no idea how to incorporate that directly into twitters (though for my phone it's a bit impractical anyway, since it's not so great for internet stuff). Also, how does one use the #tags? Are you supposed to use that like an @user call at the beginning of the message? Where do you see all the responses in that thread?

Twitter's homepage isn't all that helpful with this.
