9:30am - Sprint got their money

11:20am - WHERE IS MY SERVICE??

And my cold hasn't disappeared yet  >:(

I need to bitch more often.  From Sprint's online, customer service support:

"Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the account information.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced due to

interruption of services.

The account reflects that we have received your payment of $ on

June 15, 2009. There is no due balance on your account as of now. It

will take upto 4 hours for the services to restored on the account.

However, to resolve the issue right away I have activated the services

on your account. Now you will be able to use services on your account."

But I still have a cold.
