Geaux Saints! and Booo Falcons
So, I actually got to see a Saints game this season...and they even won! :)
That being said, I'm so disgusted with the Falcons and their fans that I want to scratch their eyes out.
Sin #1: Michael Vick got sentenced today to 23 months in prison for dogfighting. Color me ecstatic. He's getting everything he deserves. But at the game, there were many fans wearing his jerseys, and most of the Falcon players had some sort of support Vick crap on...the one who made the first touchdown even flashed the "free Michael Vick" teeshirt he had on under his jersey! Completely disgusting.
Sin #2: And, if that weren't enough, every NFL helmet I saw yesterday had a 21 on the back, for the Redskins player who got shot and killed in the home invasion. Tonight, all the Saints helmets had 21s...and NOT A SINGLE FALCONS HELMET HAD ONE!!! Talk about your screwed-up priorities! The Redskins player didn't choose his fate; it chose him. Michael Vick CHOSE the bad road. And the stupids are supporting VICK?!?!?!
