This week I’ve had 2 quizzes, 1 test, and 1 skills validation so far. Three of those were today and I have another test on Friday. So that’s 5 major things this week. Ugh, lots of stress.
Now a question for the psych geeks: Why does it seem that quite a few people with mental illnesses become religious fanatics? I’ve heard stories from nurses about the people who believe they are Jesus, God, and other religious figures. Then the other night I had a woman who was on a one to one admitted with mania and I ended up in the room with her for about an hour and a half. All I heard about was how awesome God was and how foolish those people who believe in evolution are. I also heard about how Jesus is coming back either this year or in 2012.
On a similar note, psych left us a bag of restraints, just in case….
