sneak away tactics

So, I have to say it: WOW another guy I like decides to use the sneak away method. I hope he at least KNOWS that's for people you don't respect at all, because if he's going to make me feel this shitty, he better have some inkling. I'd also like to add a big WHAT THE FUCK!!!! NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY FUCKING SENSE....I HOPE MEN ALL END UP IN SOME KIND OF VIDEOTAPED TESTICLE VICE WHERE THEY HAVE TO WATCH VIDEOS OF THEMSELVES DOING THE SHITTY THINGS THEY'VE DONE TO GIRLS. They don't deserve their testicles. Here's the actual low-down because i'm going insane and I need to get it out again.
Sunday (as in a week ago from yesterday) I decide to call him (I've stopped using his name....sometimes I like to refer to him as Unimaginable Prick Bastard) because I was really hung over, and since I was at Robbi's (which is like three blocks from his place) AND our friend was creeping me out (he likes me...ugh) I thought what the hey. I call him...he's like HEY were you outta town this weekend?? I'm like, NOOOO.... He told me he was going to call me Sat. but got it into his head I wasn't around (I did mention wanting to visiti Sheil), so he was going to wait until that day (Sunday). We chitchat....he's being sweet, TOTALLY NORMAL (he told me if I was taking soco and lime shots he was going to disown me, and that "all I needed was some loving"). (At one point I felt really sick so I told him I had to go...and he's like CALL ME BACK....he said it like three times). We make plans to hang out later in the afternoon when Robbi goes to work, cause he had something to do with his friend John (whom I have met several times....and his girlfriend). HE FUCKING STANDS ME UP WHILE I"M WAITING OUTSIDE because like the good person I am, I was trusting he'd call me since he said he would and told Robbi to go on to work. Finally, naive jerkoff me goes home after calling him quite a few times, but only leaving one message. He never calls.
I decide to let him call...don't call him at all that week, certain he's just doing a stupid guy thing and will call by the weekend. nope. I call him Sat. morning (cause I know he does shit saturdays) and leave a cute message (Hi it's Courtney....Just wondering if you're alive!!)...nothing accusatory. NEVER CALLS BACK. Which brings us to the present....
HOW CAN YOU DO THAT to someone you've been seeing for a month and a half!!?? Guys are shit. He could have told me to my face that he didn't want to see me anymore. After all those mixed signals, I thought he really liked me....I totally didn't think he'd do this. I'm at a loss.....haha and I thought he was gentlemanly....
AHHHHHHHH I'M LOSING MY MIND AGAIN!!!! Help me...I need answers....I need extensive research on why this would keep happening to me. My friend Holly and I were lamenting that guys treat us like shit, and then there are people in the world like this Colleen girl who was going out with this guy I know. She's the craziest bitch ever (she one night was telling her boyfriend over and over and over that she "fucking hated him" because he wouldn't let her steal a Simpsons bottle opener from Robbi's house that we all saw her trying to take), but apparently she's in a relationship with a guy who's committed to her.
