Only read for the sake of completion and kinda regretted even doing that. If it weren't for a handful of characters (a few of whom where very, very briefly featured), I would have been able to stop reading this series near the very beginning.
The one shining light of this short story was that there were no back and forth to the PoV of the Lessers. All the other standard Wardisms were there in full force.
Safe to skip unless you are a rabid fan or have a similar quirk where you need to read all there is in a series once you've started it.
