"it dings when there's stuff"

S3 is just overflowing with awesome, isn't it? Seriously, I'm adoring nearly every episode so far. 'Blink' is kind of made of awesome and win and stuff. (STUFF.) I love Sally. I love the whole cast. I love it being all creepy and also hilarious and the Doctor talking about stuff and everything. I could combust from Who-love, really.

It is making me so happy with its win. The only episodes I don't think were up to scratch were the Dalek ones, and they were still reasonably watchable.

Yes I know what you mean! I almost need this week to recover in time for the next one (Jaaaaack!).

Yes, the Dalek ones were rather, er, silly. I liked the first fairly well, but the second just sort of stretched credibility a bit too thin. (But there was a showdown in an old theatre with red seats, so. SHUT UP I AM NOT SHALLOW. ;D)

I get Doctor Who on my birthday, practically! So I'm really hoping this episode is brilliant and awesome because, you know, it's sort of the BBC's unwitting birthday gift to me. :D

HEE. The moment he walked onscreen, the conspiracy centres in my brain went overactive. And all for naught. That could have been great fic, too.

And no, of course I am not trying to work around the whole shot into 1969, got married, and died in 2007 bit in my head. It's probably futile anyway.

Ooh ooh well Sirius fell through a curtain, right? What if Kingsley did something similar? Because we all know that Sirius isn't dead, of course, merely translocated. :D

Of course Sirius isn't dead. I may or may not have theorised a lot on the subject.

THE OLD BLOKE IN THE HOSPITAL WAS A RUSE. OR A TWIN.

I was going to watch it today, but our internet has been absolute rubbish lately, and though I did get the whole thing to download by leaving the computer on overnight, something went wrong and I only had sound and a black screen. So I'm in the process of re-downloading it. Argh!

Are you guys heading down here soon? Your mom said something to my mom which made my mom have the impression you're going to pack up and head down any time. ^-^

Um -- I'm trying to remember when we're actually leaving for Hannah's wedding. In a week or two, I think, especially because my mother went out and bought herself a dress and an entire dress outfit for my poor brother, who is going to have to wear a real tie for the first time in his life. I think we're staying on the Outer Banks for a few days and then driving down to Virginia Beach for the wedding and going home -- I can never keep track of my family's plans. :p

Okay. I guess from your mom's comment that you're going to at least stop by. :)

Oh, do you have any more songs by Kate Rusby? I'd like to have some more, but Laura won't let me used her gift card soo... Particularly I want Daughter of Megan, and a few others that I don't remember. But, yes. Do you have any?

I hope so! :D

I don't have a lot of Kate Rusby, alas, but I do have a few songs (desperately need more!). I'll upload them for you later, when dinner is not looming on the horizon, but here's one I already had uploaded: 'Bitter the Parting', with John Doyle.
