argh!

I just got my first statement from Capital One bank, since it switched from Chevy Chase. There's now a $15 maintenance fee if I don't have a certain amount in my checking account. There was probably something in very small print saying this, because I reviewed just about every single document that was sent about the changes. There should have been a document saying "if you do not fit in this rating category, please come see us to consider a different type of checking account". If I didn't have to buy a car, I would have been well above this "minimum amount". I may switch back to Sandy Spring bank. Small but they've been good to me. Any suggestions for those in the DC area? Bank of America is everywhere, but I hear they suck....

ARGH!

I'm goin to get my $15 back from the damn bank. I need that $ to pay for cat food!

BTW...Minnie and Phinnie are doin ok. yesterday was the first time that the phinster walked up to me and sat in my lap without my grabbing him. it only took a month. i hope it lasts. He jumped on me and started inching up like a cheetah on a tree, so i guess he's getting comfy with being himself again...
