On the way to work I had to take a detour, as police shut down all the routes by the monument and some official buildings...I went down a side street and at the light, there was a guy across the street, walkin funny..he turned around facing a car parked at the side, whipped it out and walked towards the car peeing and then he started to walk around it still peeing..i had to drive past him.
