My visit to the coroners office....
i could really go on and on about this...but i am telling ya...no words can describe everything i saw today....
in the autopsy room...there was a stabing victom, an older woman....and a total body burn victom....i am talking chared to a point where you can barely tell it is human....
i felt like i was in another world.... all these busy people running around ...doing there thing...just total rutine... chatting about their weekends.... taking pictures....weighing organs..... so detached from it all.....
and truth be told....these are just empty shells at this point....the energy that was these people is long gone.... just the case remains....
i did learn that to be an assistant...you do not need any special training.... most of the assistants are in school.... and there are a bunch of amazing doctors......
