Running: Did a day over again because I skipped running for a week. 'Twas too easy. Going to have to move to next week on Sunday. Why aren't I more happy that my lungs can now do more?
School: So, I made it to October without opening my Economics book. Seriously. But was forced to do so on monday, as I had problems from 5 chapters due that night. I finished at 4, and had to be in the car by 5:30. of course.
Teaching: Signed my contract for the winter semester, and submitted requests for the Spring at one school. Was evaluated by a tenured professor, where I received high marks and the comment of "We're lucky to have you here". Asked students to provide mid-term evals on me; all were positive, with some even exclaiming that I am teaching their favorite class this semester. Aww. I've been teaching sex, and it's going really well. THey're so engaged and I've created an environment where they aren't afraid to ask questions, which is SUPER important. If I can teach them to ask more questions, then I've done my job. That's more important than the actual content, methinks.
