in other news, im still extremely lucky and blessed to have amazing boy in my life. somehow, still no drama. all my friends love him, from what i can see, and i am 1000000 times more calm.
havent started incompletes yet.
havent started a serious exercise regime yet.
this candida diet is really hard, but im gonna do it.
ahhhhh it is killing me. or killing the candida.
wow, i cant believe how much yeast is in my body. as soon as i went on the diet, i got so itchy and there is irritation on my neck now. the nutritionist says this is normal and its just the candida trying to relocate in my body since im kicking it out of my stomach.
oh yea: two weeks now with no coffee...
