it's about damn time...
alright, i know it's my fault, but how can you update about the same old boring stuff without becoming redundant? anyways, i have new things to report.
first school, i'm gonna drop my fashion history class because the teacher doesnt actually teach the class, nor am i getting what i wanted to out of it. also, i have missed a bazillion quizzes because they're online and i never remember to take them. also, my computer class is speeding up and since i didnt do anything productive over spring break, i now have most of the Excel lessons to make up (hopefully) before the test on thursday, and my computer refuses to cooperate. why does the rest of the world have to use PC's when i have a mac? my other two classes are going well, cuz they're swimming and french, and it's hard for me to fail either of those.
then work, well, i'm still only getting about 15 hours a week, and since i requested spring break off, she gave me nearly two weeks off. so, i wont get a paycheck this next time, but, my parents income tax refund finally came in and they owe me $300 of it. and the lastest update on the physical therapy people is that they still haven't done what they needed to do, so they cant use me yet... my grandmother said that she pretty much told them that we could wait until the end of the semester. so, if they dont get their act together, then i'll need to find another job. which i may do anyways... monster.com, here i come!
now joe. he came down for spring break and we really didnt do anything exciting except go to the movies. but, he did have a job interview last monday, and he got it. so, after a lot of thinking, and talking with my mom, he decided to take it now, instead of waiting until june. (hey, at nine bucks an hour, he'd be crazy not to) so, on saturday we drove up to dallas and got the rest of his stuff. so, i now have a semi-roommate. he still has to sleep out in the living room. hopefully he'll annoy my parents by taking up the living room all the time and he'll just let him sleep in my room, it would make things alot easier. although, i didnt have any rom for my stuff before, and now with all his stuff in here too, well, i'm surprised i can see the floor. but, one slightly irritating fact is that he wears almost as many clothes as i do (which can be alot) and my parents decided that we now have to do our own laundry, so, guess who's doing laundry right now? grr... but he's working from 3:30p to midnight for the next two weeks, so if he was gonna help, it would either be after that (when i'm asleep in the same room with the washing machine - i dont think so!) or in the mornings and we're usually not thinking about laundry then.
besides, tomorrow, my mom wants to take me shopping with her and we'll probably have to buy joe some more business-y type clothes to wear to work, and we need a shoe rack. we have too many shoes. i think we need to find more nifty looking storage devices to hold all our crap, but the problem with that is that i like one-use type things, not just a bunch of baskets to dump random crap in...
ick.. more laundry to do, going to attempt to find my comp app files online...
side note... mikalah gordon on American Idol needs to not sing ballads anymore, she was WAY off on this last number...
