Dream story
Last night I had the coolest dream and I still remember most of it so I'm going to write it out before I forget it.
It begins with a family of husband, wife and 3 children (girl about 13, boy about 10 and girl about 7) who were on an a private boat vacationing near the Arctic. Suddenly a ice burg struck their boat piratically tearing it apart. The mother took her 3 children and dove into the water leaving the husband behind. For years afterward the children grow up grateful to their mother for risking all to save their lives and mourn their lost father who just couldn't get off the drowning ship. These three children and their mother become famous world wide for having survived the incident somehow and their boat had been brought back to shore and put back together and on display next to the ocean. The years go by and the mother is now very old and her children are grown when they are asked to return to the exhibit to tell their story of survival when their mother reveals something that she had hidden from her children for many years; that their father was a wanted man. He had been part of many bank robberies so she had planned the 'escape' from him and was the reason behind the ice burg disaster jeopardizing the lives of her children in an attempt to murder him. The children and outraged at her for this now and late at night when they have all gone to bed the mother returns to the exhibit once more and throws herself off the boat into the ocean. No one ever finds her body after that and the resentful children live into old age never forgiving her for her past.
So what do you all think? I thought it would make a wonderful movie.
