hey peoplezzzz! ok...i went to the doctor's like uh firday.... and my ankles are sprained!! YAY....uh..the right one hurts like hell, but my left one isn't to bad. Apparently, i hurt it even more when i was doing the run test and some other activities on thursday. crap!
