That monster plant we discussed, the invasive one... as I have been afeared of the mozzies, I think it got settled in, and I glimpsed the blooming flower of it as I dash away from the mozzies like a pop-star from the paparazzi.
I think it is Queen Anne's Lace.
Which is more than a little ironic as I think they're beautiful if that is the case... yet the invasiveness is extremely true it seems. If you also like Queen Anne's Lace I am not sure what the advice would be to keep it from taking over. I hear it doesn't transplant well, so container gardening with it may not be an option - worth trying though mingled with dill, globeflower and some trailing textures if it wouldn't strangle them out. *shrug* Hopefully I can deck myself out in a mozzie-net and can report on my finding soonish, work exhaustion permitting. *chuckle*
