Hades froze over or what?
My sleeping at night has been disrupted by a combination of the flu and more than that - the bedroom is too razzedfracking cold to sleep in!

Thank you for the suggestions. I went to a walk in clinic yesterday morning. Apparently it is not a sinus infection at this point because I can still breathe somewhat despite the nasties, the headache has finally passed, or close enough, back and top of the neck is stiff but no longer screaming at me. My throat was horribly raw last night so I decided to take it that had something to do with the other pains receeding.
According to the doctor I saw, I am still avoiding Bronchitis too at this point which I was relieved about. But I think it is touch and go there because the symptoms took revenge on my last evening. So I have switched to a cough syrup that is for the chest because I was starting to get barkier and rattlier. Surprisingly at the moment I feel icky but not dreadful, hopefully this is a good beginning of returning to normal. It might take its revenge on my by late evening again, but I hope not.
I am armed with decongestants and green tea, hopefully that will suffice, if not I'll go back to the doctor Monday/Tuesday.
