I'm 30. My name is Erin, which is gaelic for Ireland. I come from a mostly scottish/cajun ancestry and have determined to learn the cajun cooking from that side. I love traveling but I don't particularly like flying. I have two beautiful girls, and a husband who is also my best friend. I like reading, counted cross stitch, and creative writing. I also enjoy going to the firing range but haven't been able to go in years. I am very much an Aries and yet very much not.. I like to keep things interesting in my life. I currently work for a non profit organization, and I think its been one of the more fulfilling jobs I've had.
