Great adventures once again. Montie Gras was great- tons of people there I love seeing and I ran into some kids from high school I haven't seen in a long time.
At about 2:30 I started feeling kinda sick and I realized I was starving because I had last eaten at 4pm...so my survival instincts took over me and I left without telling anyone where I was going. I just HAD to get out of there to get some food. I got out of the house and realized I didn't know which way was north toward Grand River so I had a couple semi-harmless guys escort me. One of them reminded me a LOT of Jay from Kevin Smith movies. I wanted him to say "Snoochie Boochies" so bad, but he didn't. I had a conversation with him about reincarnation.
I got to Georgio's and there was a million year long line so I kept walking and went to Taco Bell. Now, I realize there is NOTHING for me to eat at Taco Bell and I hate the place, but I felt so nauseous and I needed food pronto, and my id was telling me "screw being vegan, just eat something." There were two girls in line behind me and we talked for a while...we got tired of waiting in line and there was a creepy guy trying to pick us up so I just randomly made friends with them and they took me in their car to McDonald's drive through where we got food VERY fast.
The drive through guy forgot Celia's fries so she and I got out of the car and went up to the drive through window to ask for them. Lo and behold, the ppl in the car at the window recognized me and started yelling "J-HIGH J-HIGH!!!" i couldn't for the life of me recognize them but apparently they knew me and they all went to my high school. What are the odds?
I had a salad.... I know I'm against McDonalds but when you feel like you're going to die if you don't eat something and nothing else is open and you have no food at home because you live in a dorm, you have to make some moral sacrifices. I hope you all can forgive me.
Celia and Jamie, girls I met in the Taco Bell line, whereever you are now, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You saved me and brought me home. I hope I run into you again.
