Why you should read it? In about 200 words, lonetread manages to perfectly encapsulate the push-pull dynamic between Peter and Neal. Saying anything more would spoil it, but the emotional impact left me speachless for a few moments. El is there as well, and I suppose if you squint and put your slash goggles on you can see this as OT3 (the author even indicates it's established OT3), but really this is all about Neal and how his relationship with Peter has change him.
