As if I didn't have enough to procrastinate with already...
Between fanfiction and collarme, I had pleanty of things with which to procrastinate homework and the like. Evidently I felt like that wasn't enough, cause I've gone ahead and gotten myself addicted to farmville. I blame this on my parents, really. My dad actually has a spread sheet out on google documents that shows which crops to plant and how many to achieve the highest yeild/coinage ratio.
Additionally, I feel like it's time for me to get back into the scene again, and there are couple of Dommes I've been chatting with. Both are significantly older than myself (one by nine years and the other by eleven), but I've found that women near my age or younger just can't get in my head like I need them to.
New favorite show - White Collar. Why? Because Special Agent Burke actually manages to have a high-stress job and a successful marriage. I'm really sick of these shows where the various LEOs can't maintain personal relationships because they either cheat all of the time, or their SO is jealous of their dedication or their partner. It's refreshing to see Elizabeth (Agent Burke's wife) get frustrated with her husband's erratic hours, and yet still understand that he loves her unconditionally and that his dedication to his job is one of the things she fell in love with in the first place. Dear writers - Don't. Fuck. This. Up. No need to seek out/write fanfiction yet, but I'm definitely seeing possibilities for a Burke/Elizabeth/Caffery OT3.
