Alienware
It's the fifth week of production, and my Alienware appears to have gone back in time! Where it was phase six just last night, it is now five.
Five weeks for a laptop with no end in sight. I am half way tempted to cancel the order and just buy a Dell. For a company that prides itself on customer service, they really make you wait a long time. *sigh* Dell would have shipped within the week of ordering it.
