oh, wow. You created a really intense atmosphere with this one. I also like the fact that Ronon is the one who's willing to start a... thing. And the ambiguous ending fits perfectly to the story.

(Of course, in my mind they're almost doing it at that point and will start a relationship and when Ronon finally dies it'll be something grand and tragic and quiet.)

Aww, thank you! Intense was definitely what I was going for here, so I'm glad it came across like that. :) At first, I was a bit surprised that I didn't even have to think about who was going to be the one trying to start something, but it really just needed to be Ronon. Glad you liked that. :D

Just wanted to say that I loved how you said that. I'm actually starting to like the ambiguous ending much more just because everyone can create the ending they feel is needed.

I enjoyed this. It's well written, full of tension and incredible need. Love the bit of tenderness at the end, and Ronon's 'Memories' line.
