The anti logic of the movers continues to confound and annoy me. Besides some really dumb scuffs and scrapes to furniture and a dented file cabinet due to ignoring a direct request from my spouse to move it a different way, they just kind of randomly flung things in rooms. Somtimes they were even the rooms we requested. The cherry on this icing of carelessness though was uncovored today. While re-re-arranging the kitchen I found a box labled "Caution! Fireworks, paint, etc... Explosive hazard! DO NOT CRUSH!!!" well I was glad to find that box, but distressed that I discovered it underneath THREE other boxes that were each at least twice as big and 40-50 lbs... WTF?
In other news people here are way too friendly. I feel like I am stuck in the twilight zone. I feel as if they are mocking me somehow.
We are slowly getting the house arranged how we want it for now....fun... Not. I really miss people, which makes this hard. I had made a concious decision to not be depressed but that is more of a daily battle than I had hoped.
Should probably get back to organizing.
Will be posting more regularly when we get internet at the house.
