my tribute to Michael Jackson
i wanted to post an entry on my japan trip but i felt this was more important. for me, that is.
i was shocked to find out about the sudden death of Michael Jackson this morning. as i knew he was in the process of preparing for his concerts, his untimely death came as a bad suprise for me. im not a crazy fan whatsoever but there was a moment in my life when i was kind of into him. he was mesmerising as an entertainer. he awed me with his songs, voice and dance moves. above all, i felt he was genuinely sincere to his music and fans. despite everything that was said of him, i still believed that he was a gentle and kind human being.
above all, he is undeniably, THE greatest entertainer the world has ever seen.
this song is my all-time favourite of Michael Jackson. looking at how gentle he handled this crazy fan of his, with a smile on his face and still continued singing... i got totally emotional and started crying.
