Rikku couldn't sing. She knew this. Watanuki knew this. Half the continent knew this.
But when she held her little girl, all of that went out the window as she sang her a lullaby.
2. Angel
"--three francs!"
"Oh, come on, Rhiannon. Your her mother, you can't do that."
"Can too. Can't I, Masaki?"
"..."
"Masaki?"
"Twenty dubloons on a menage a trois. Wata-san, Rhia-san, come check this out!"
3. AU (Pokemon Trainers)
Collapsed and tired pokemon were common enough, if sad, along this route. It was a popular training area for people looking to take on the gym leaders. Kimihiro usually let his Chansey give them eggs to revive them and make them feel better; it was just sick how people treated the wild 'mons.
However, this wasn't a pokemon.
Chansey waddled over to the collapsed girl, ignoring the squeaks of her Chimchar and Chikorita. "Chanseeey?"
"I don't know! Do your eggs work on humans?"
"Chanseeeeey!"
An egg and several asprin later, Watanuki learned that the girl was named Rikku, and she'd gotten separated from her friends. They were guarding the daughter of some big-wig trainer from Kanto, also Rikku's cousin. "We got attacked by some freako Rocket grunts, and they managed to get me away from everyone else," she explained. "Lreslryn and Lregunedy are my only two who managed not to faint from the fighting."
Watanuki nodded, wondering what kinda person named her 'mons something like that. "Where were you heading?"
"Sinnoh."
"..."
"What?"
"I'm going there."
"Great! We can travel together!"
4. Silence
"Kimi? Kimi! Kimi, wake up!" Rikku was crying, shaking the pale body of her boyfriend.
She never got a response.
5. Devil
She was as sweet as an angel, but as tricky as a devil. Not that he minded.
6. Crack
"...Rikku?"
"Yeah, Kimi?"
"The next time you tell me not to touch the purple goo--"
"Keep you from touching it?"
"Yeah. How long til the ears go away?"
"Dunno."
"Dammit."
7. Nature
"RIKKU DALABANE PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON!!!"
"But Kimi~ It's natural!"
8. Hope
When Watanuki got the news that he could, in fact, hope for a baby with Rikku, he passed out. Three times.

"What?"
"Those ears..."
"...Yeah?"
"They're sexy."
"They're wha--mmph!"
10. Urban
Rikku was a city girl, through and through. Gears, clanks, steam, the whole shebang. Watanuki put up with it, mostly because he loved her.
And she was really kind of hot with grease on her cheek.
11. War
"But Kimi--!"
"I have to, Rikku. It's a draft."
"Ichigo...?"
"Nothing we can do."
Rikku started to sulk. "Well, fine. Where's the nearest conscription station? I'm signing up, and if either of you try and stop me, I'll kick you so hard you won't walk straight."
12. Spring
Boing~ Boing~ Boing~
"Rikku?"
"Yeah, Kimi?"
"Take the springs outta your shoes."
13. Summer
Rikku was a total summer baby; she loved the sun and the sand and the smell of the water by the lake. Watanuki loved summer because Rikku wore swimsuits more often, and, like or not, he liked to watch her.
14. Fall
"But it's---whoa!"
Whump!
"It's w-what, Rikku?"
"...likely to make me fall and crush your--"
"DON'T SAY IT!">
15. Winter
Winter was the best time of year. Cuddling, cocoa, lots of them time.
