Not really in the pink of health
So I decided to maximize my insurance benefits from work and get a much needed physical. My family genetic history of hypertension has caught up on me (fortunately, not at the level of my relatives yet) and I had a BP reading of 128/88, which is above normal and even more above normal for my age. Obviously, I am obese and where else can I put the reason for why my BP is high. Because of this, I'll have to have some of my blood taken tomorrow for that complete battery of tests so as to determine the entire puzzle that is my health.
Doctor also discovered hints of allergy in my system and I guess this is why I always seem to have a very mild case of the colds and why I feel my nose burning now. As to what I am allergic to, stay tuned.

I'm fine. I know I am. At least I sorta got that much needed "wake-up call" to go back to my old diet which worked really well last summer.
