I'm sitting here listening to a mix of Muse and Snow Patrol from respective new albums. And I like it. I am also engrossed in the football, but i have a bad feeling about this afternoon, either way though Frank Lampard WILL score today. I might also be nursing a disgusting hangover, and was feeling sorry for myself until I saw Led, poor boy.
Sony headphones are officially toss, so I've splashed out on some fine Ec2 monitor phones today, Im not that much of an audiophile, but the studio headphones I use with my mixer are so good that I'll risk this £57.00 upgrade.
Went out yesterday for a drink at lunch, and found myself still out at 11, and was the boss annoyed? No, as he was sat next to me unable to say the word cider as he was so far gone, poor guy has an operation to treat his skin cancer on the Monday.
I'm tired. Work is going to be lame as my best friend there left yesterday, and trying to squeeze in writing, learning to drive, and seeing the people i know, or not. Arguably it doesn't matter what direction we are facing, as long as we are going forwards. Keeping on, keeping on as it were.
