Someone was in my backpack. I know this; everything externally looks exactly as it did when I left to get lunch, but whomever it was missed one tiny detail. I had a coin resting on the one strap, situated just behind it so that it would slip and remain under the bed if I didn't reach under and move it first. When I checked it upon returning, the coin was on the floor.
I have my theories about who may have; I'm not surprised. I'll play it off as if I didn't notice though, and do as I initially planned. After this evening, no one will be able to look at it again.
