The plethora of Gwen icons were inspired by a very good friend asking for an icon of Gwen Raiden (ATS). Needless to say, I got completely caught up in making Gwen icons, particularly in playing with different icons of the same image. Many thanks for the inspiration, Sweetie. Gwen's a marvelous subject. :-)
#1 is Version 2.0 of this icon; I hope it's an improvement! #7 is Version 3.0 of this icon, and I'm convinced it's an improvement. :-) #10 was very much influenced by vrya's wonderful mask tutorial at Tangled Synthesis: art by vrya, although it's simpler by far than her final image. In #17, the quote is from ATS, "Ground State."
While I occasionally choose to provide a textless version of an icon as an alternate, all of the icons in this journal are completed works, not bases, whether they contain text or not.
