A Bit Of Latin: Apuleius - Metamorpheses 1.10
Because of a friend's grim read-through of a deeply terrible 'historical' romance set in Roman times, I ended up translating a bit of Apuleius. Or trying to translate it, in any case; without notes, it was darn rough going, as I started in the middle of a sex scene, and it's all dramatic metaphor. Below the cut is...well, sex, I guess. Very

The run-on I may as well blame on whoever compiled the text, since Latin doesn't really do much in the way of punctuation; someone else decided to stick commas in all of those instead of periods. But--yeah. At least in my very awkward translation, it's not very fappable.
