"GREAT ATTRACTOR" at Shimokitazawa GARDEN Live Report (Translation)
(As well as old blog posts, we're also trying to translate more things like live reports. I think a lot of international fans are curious about our Japanese fadefamily, so we're trying to bridge that gap.)

GREAT ATTRACTOR@ Shimokitazawa GARDEN 5.6.2013
On the final day of Golden Week, I went to see fade! ⊂(( ^ x ^ ))⊃
This is the second time I’ve seen them at Shimokitazawa GARDEN.
Since becoming a fade fan, I’ve been going to a lot of livehouses.
So, even though the GARDEN is kind of hard to find, I got there without any problems since it was my second time. ⊂(( ^ x ^ ))⊃
…Though I did get lost on the way to one of my favorite pancakes places. It was my third time going.
Here’s who played tonight:
CHROVIO /ステラ・シンカ(The Stella Thinkers) / NEON / fade
In between bands, there was a DJ&VJ playing.

Beautiful
It’s been a while since they played Ever Free!
Since anyone can sing the intro, everyone got pumped up. ＼((・x・))／
Then there was Beautiful, which is becoming a standard.
But, they did an awesome job with it today!
I’m not really an expert on music or sound, so I’m not really sure how it actually was.
In my opinion, though, it was great!
After the show, the members came out to the merch table to talk with us like always.
Since I had to meet up with a friend and talk about something, though, I left without even saying hello. ε=ε=⊂((・x・))⊃
Also I was hungry (lol).

This is a picture of the band in their dressing room, from fade’s Facebook.
Kansei isn’t there, but their manager is (lol).
What’s interesting about events with a lot of bands is that, sometimes, you find other bands that you click with besides the band you go there to see.
That happened to me today!
The second band, The Stella Thinkers, used synth, I think? in their performance.
Even though I was standing at the back,
The drums were really heavy…
To the point where I unconsciously drifted over in front of them.
It was hard to see because there was a screen in front of them, but I had fun just watching. ⊂(( ´ x｀))人((´x｀))⊃
The images projected on the screen were pretty cool, too! Even more than the drums. ⊂((・x・))⊃
I was listening to the drums so much that it was like they were all I could hear (lol).
As soon as I said goodbye to my friend, I Googled them.
My friend was fascinated by how colorful the vocalist was.
I bought a CD on my way home.
I’m going to see them again! ⊂(( ´ x｀))人((´x｀))⊃
Huh? I meant to talk about fade… (lol)
I’m just grateful I could experience a new kind of sound today!
Next up is OZZFEST Day 2.
fade will be one of the opening acts. ⊂(( ´ x｀))人((´x｀))⊃
I wonder what it will be like?
I wonder where I’ll be able to watch it from?
I’m going to work hard this week since I’m looking forward to the weekend!
